Software should have robust architecture with fail over, replication and disaster recovery, the software should be able to handle all maintenance issue by itself. Upgrading software with latest business intelligence & changes in govt tax law should be simple. The data should always be reliable and the software should be tried and tested.
The software should be simple and easy to use, it should have industry specific screens to understand better and connect to software. Most of the software are not industry specific therefore very difficult to implement.
